Eagle Beach wedding - let the dream come thrue
As of January 2002 it has become possible for couples without the Aruban or Dutch nationality to have their civil ceremony at Aruba's Town Hall, which is located in Oranjestad, only a few minutes away from Eagle Beach. Town Hall is open for civil ceremonies from Monday to Friday and upon request on Saturday morning for an additional charge. Copies of the following documents have to be faxed or emailed to your wedding coordinator at least 8 weeks before the wedding date: 2x Completed Letter of Intent to Marry, 1 by the bride and 1 by the groom, Birth Certificates of Each with a Raised Seal, Negative Statement of Marriage of Each (Declaration to prove couple is single/unmarried), Copy of Valid Passport ID pages of Each (min. 18 years of age), Copy of Valid Passport ID pages of Two Witnesses (min. 18 years of age), when bringing own Witnesses (otherwise witnesses can be arranged at Town Hall for a small fee). If divorced or widowed: Official Divorce Decree of previous spouse(s), if divorced, Official Death Certificate(s) of previous spouse(s), if widowed. Please note: Documents 2, 3, 6 and 7 (in English, Dutch or Spanish) must be furnished with an Apostille-Seal from the Bureau of Vital Statistics (USA), or the Department of Foreign Affairs, or the Dutch Embassy (for Peru, Dominican Republic and Haiti), to state authenticity. After the Civil Wedding has taken place, the Wedding Certificate will be translated, then Sealed for couple to take to register in Country of Residence/Citizenship. Religious Ceremonies can be performed only if the couple has a signed Marriage Certificate from their home country or when legally married at Aruba's Town Hall before the religious ceremony. The Wedding Coordinator at the Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort is ready to assist you all through the planning process of your destination wedding and will take care of all the details of your celebration. Coordination of your accommodation at the Amsterdam Manor, legal documentation, civil and / or religious blessings, flowers, photographer, entertainment, all will be arranged in direct consultation with you. Beach Blessing - $395 - Minister Officiate, Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnière, Bottle of Champagne. Civil Ceremony - $550 - Coordination and Civil Marriage License, Transportation Town Hall, Bouquet and Boutonnière, Bottle of Champagne, Assistance on Wedding Day. Wedding in Paradise - $675 - Minister Officiate, Bouquet and Boutonnière, Bottle of Champagne, One Hour Live Music, 2 Tier Wedding Cake.
